I'd have to go with PhogFan on this one. If you want an excuse to wear it- go for it. But I wouldn't wear it with the intent of ridiculing the kilt. I agree it would be a good day to get away with wearing one, but not the way it sounds like your going to...just my opinion, you know what they say about those.
