    I agree. I know that tartan as it was that particular tartan which helped me to decide to get my first kilt. I think the photo of Sir Sean was from the event in an earlier year.

    "Shir Shaun" will not have been paying for the kilt himself you can be sure of that. In fact he was probably paid by the cashmere company to wear it. I hadn't noticed the flashes either. No doubt when he saw there were two on each garter he thought one should go either side of his leg! You have to remember he was brought (dragged) up in a poor area of Edinburgh and would probably never have worn a kilt, never mind know how to wear one properly. I don't ever remember seeing him in a kilt before the opening of the Scottish Parliament.
