Hey Steve, best fire up another run of X Marks tartan cloth...
Only geographic advantage allowed him to triumph over this aging kiltie...okay,maybe a few years more youthful....but dang...shoulda woulda coulda been ME....me, me, me.

Well, m'lady is no longer a member here, let's just say that.
Suffice it to say, there will be plenty of tartan at the wedding, but it will likely be family colors on my side, and lots of the Irish on the t'other.

Well, you won't hear from her HERE, of course. She is still in PA, and I am in NC...sad to say...there will be a few trips back and forth to put this all in motion.

Rabble,
Please remember this is an announcement of the union of two people and the happiness they've found with each other. Offer your congrats, send flowers, by champagne. But, please keep this thread on topic. MacMoose is a member of XMTS, and his fiance is not. Simple enough. There is absolutely no reason to delve further into membership status than that.

Sorry for the screw up on X Marks tartan for the bride. I had not realized....there are always two percent who don't get the word.
As the LUCKY LUCKY LUCKY groom said...there are plenty of other tartans meaningful to the couple.....
So, next question...will I need to get a passport for the wedding?? Hear it takes some time to get one.

Did the happy couple "meet" on xmarks first, or in person first?
