Really? Because that description sounds a lot like one of the deleted scenes from "We Were Soldiers". Only in WWS it was two MOH's around the guy's neck, and the point of the story was how scary the new Sgt Maj was. It's a fantastic scene - too bad it had to be cut, but it's on the DVD!
Maybe both movies have similar scenes like that...
(off he goes to rent Catch 22...)
