Mine is of Italian heritage. A nice guy for the most part but probably wouldn't have much enthusiasm for a project like this.
Maybe we could identify all those state legislators with a Scottish name and focus on them.

Don't forget to involve the state Scottish/St.Andrew's/Caledonian societies in the lobbying process; who knows, a state legislator might just be a member...
