I'll be kilted on Monday. Not sure yet which tartan to wear. I'm the only one in the office who ever wears a kilt. No prohibitions in the dress code, so - go for it!

Not kilted by tied!
As a gov't consultant, there is NO WAY I can go to work kilted. I did get the sudden inspiration to buy a tartan tie from the Tartan Museum Gilt Shop, and those good folks got an ancient BW tie to me today, so I will wear it Monday. I plan to post a small sign about the day outside my office.
By the way, the tie is a lovely piece of work!

Of course I'll be participating. The nice thing is, I AM the supervisor at work and only answer to the Prez/VP of the company. And since they don't office in my town (nor would care anyway), I'll be sportin' my Black Watch with pride.
I'm always looking for a good reason to wear 'em out. Planning a trip to Scarborough Faire in Waxahatchie in May with the family. I even convinced my younger brother he should wear one too (he'll be borrowing one of my casuals). He's pretty stoked about it.
So if anyone in Texas knows of some cool Scottish/Irish/Welsh events to attend, please let me know....

My son is begging me to let him go to school kilted. I'm still debating.

I will be kilted all day. The 6th is also the last day of teaching at the college - two reasons to enjoy a great day

As a city employee working directly with the public I wont be kilted while working, though I will be wearing it to and from work, provided it doesn't rain to badly.

I'll be kilted. It will be the first time in a kilt at my older son's school. Could be interesting.

I work for Hank Williams Jr.'s Daughter, at here Antique home accessory store, in one of the poshest places in Nashville. Sure to get an eyebrow raised in more than one spot. Gonna run the Kilt idea past her and see what gives! Holly also owns one of the premier Fashion Stores in the same area called H. Audrey, so the outcome of me wearing my Tartan Kilt will probably fly! ith:
Cheers, to success, Lads & Lasses!
