My trip to Ireland Part III

    The train station in Dublin

The Brazen Head Pub, established 1198.

The Brazen Head, just after a man stripped off his pants to dance to a jig/reel. It was quite funny.

Some friends we made in the Brazen Head.

My Trip To Ireland part IV

The view from the roof of the room we rented in Temple Bar. I tried to take some artistic shots. I hope you like it.

A church in Dublin not far from Temple Bar.

My Trip To Ireland, Part V

The reason we went to Ireland.
Two members of parliament that came to the EAT sessions. They were very interesting people.

At the time I took this picture I didn't know who these people were. So I asked if Mr and Mrs Doe could pose for a picture. They burst out into the biggest grin and just stood there smiling. I asked what what was going on and they just smiled at me, giggling slightly. Finally telling me that they werent' married, butnot telling me that they represented parliament. It want' until much later that I learned of my faux pas. Felt rather stoopyd I must say.

Sadly, this jewelry store is not relation to me despite having the same name. Bummer. The store is in Galway. Mere moments after taking the photo it occurred to me that standing in front of a jewelry store taking photos was probably not the smartest idea. Too bad I didn't get a chance to talk to the owner. Would have been a great photo op.

    Her maiden name is Shaughnessy.

My ancestors are from Donegal but we didn't have time to go there.
