10th Annual Frederick Celtic Festival

Just a note about the upcoming Frederick Celtic Festival, on May 9, 2009, from 10am to 7pm.

This year we have moved to the Frederick Fairgrounds, in Downtown Frederick, Maryland.

Our entertainers this year include Na'Bodach, Mythica and local favorites Rant & Roar. The MacMillan / Birtles Pipeband, and the Rockville HS Pipe Bands will also be joining us.

Professional and Super A Amateur athletes will be competing throughout the day in our Scottish Highland Games.

My ancestors are from the Fredrick Maryland area - DeVilbiss and Ogle. In fact, this year the Ogle Family Reunion is going to be at Fredrick.
