X Marks business cards

So I get so many ?s about my kilt and where to get 1, i give out this website as a place to get educated 1st. i write the website on the back of my business cards and give them out all the time.....while it is good advertising for me it is also getting exspensive having to order cards all the time. I was wandering if everyone would be interested in put is some input on designing some x marks business cards for us all to carry and pass-out when approached. I would be willing to do the leg work and get it done and just have everyone give me names and addies to mail you cards as long as you cover the costs of stamps plus 2 cents per card. 29 cards would only be like $1.00. what do you guys think................

not a bad idea either, but 5000 cards is only $100 from 123print.com

maybe would could get the site sponsors to donate a few $$$$ in order to list their website on the back of the cards or so

Well... Avery (and others) make business card forms, and MS Word can easily make them up... Now, for some approved artwork, and we could each print out own as needed.

I write the website on many cards as well.
As far as putting anything together that is more designed than that, we would need to consult with Highlandtide, the owner of the forum and the copyright holder of Xmarksthescot.com. There is a sub forum on Propaganda with a post about X-marks stuff such as the Clan Badge, Tartan, Golf shirts, Embroidered Logos, etc.

I have for such occasions as attending Highland Games, or festivals, gone the route of blank card stock. Side one is Xmarksthescot.com with my screen name. Side two is a list of our sponsors and their websites. I believe anything more than that would require input from the forum staff.

You can go to vistaprint.com and order 250 business cards free except for the cost of shipping - maybe $6. That way, each person can design their own...

I personally think that it's a good idea. I, like two others, have used my own business cards, and it does get a little expensive. I am a graphic designer. I would be more than willing to contribute the design work.

This is what I use. I print my own cards with a picture of myself on the front and this on the back.



You can use either the Avery premade cards or simple card stock and cut them out yourself.
