The Title of "Master Kiltmaker"

While looking up some information regarding gatherings, I stumbled across this article on the Gaelic College website:

It mentions that the kilt-maker studied under a master kilt-maker, but give no information regarding this master. There's also some passing reference to a book that attempts to teach how to make a kilt......

Poked around the college site and found this

So maybe Gail Montgomery is who they meant, but they don't call her a master kiltmaker on this page. If Ann has 13 years experience that leaves 23 for Gail from the combined 36.

But since she's the college's other kiltmaker you'd think the author of the first article would have mentioned her by name. Go figure.

For sure a new source of kilts for them in that area.
