Jerry's service is absolutely excellent! I have always been most satisfied with my orders from Stillwater. He gave me a free upgrade on a belt one time because he was out of the standard. I received the embossed belt for the same price as the standard. Another time, I was having trouble with the online ordering system. So I called and Jerry said everything was working on his end and to try again, but also to call him back and let him know if it worked. It didn't work so I called back and Jerry took my order on the phone. I received this order exactly three days later. I think he has a magical three day portal to any where in the world

There is a good reason why he has a 100% satisfaction rating on Ebay, he goes above and beyond. Jerry is the ONLY vendor I leave glowing feedback to BEFORE I actually receive my order. I know he will deliver the goods and it will be exactly as promised.

I bought my third SWK tonight... And a Marine buckle.. All after emailing him asking if he could notify me when my size came in.. It had and he listed it for me in a matter of minutes of getting my email.... I am very pleased with his service.... It's top notch!!
