Hey, I'm Lucy in Florida and I have worn my kilted skirt (Clan Farqharson) several times on special occasions. It seems that I'm the only one in my circle that remotely wants to keep the Scots blood flowing. This morning I wore my plaid sash and badge to Sunday service. I'm so proud of my heritage. Looking forward to the Highland games in 2010!
Welcome from North Carolina...
Just married a Farquharson yesterday morning!

My Father-in-Law and his sister...

Hello and a warm Celtic from Boston, Massachusetts.
Enjoy being part of a forum of men and women that wish to keep a small part of the heritage alive. I hope you enjoy the rabble. There are many of the kilted living in the Sunshine State. You will be welcome to meet at the various festivals, games, and competitions. There are many in Florida as the weather is not as harsh as in New England.
