Kilts might still be a bit much for some people to handle. Even if they were available at WalMart.

Sold at Wal-Mart and manufactured in China by prison labor, can't beat the price but the quality would be a bit low. Can't get the image out of my mind now.

Well
I was trying to think of a place, that is national, and had a reputation for cheap products and bad customer service. Atleast thats how it is here.
