So you think you have a Dandelion Problem?
Tis the season in this part of Germany for the Dandelion (Loewenzahn) to come out.
Here is a picture in a field where I stopped on the way home from Church this morning.
Curious thing about Dandelions here is that they all come out for about 2 weeks, then go to seed and blow around for a week, and then you hardly see them at all the rest of the summer.
My wife and I think they are great in other people's fields and always look forward to this season, a sure sign summer is on it's way.
The kilt is my new Black Stewart from Stillwater Kilts. Got some nice comments on it today at Church. Nice kilt for the price.
Regards,
Tom

Cool picture. It would be nice if the dandelion season were so short lived here in the US, but our season runs all summer. I've been ordered to exterminate the dendelions in our yard by she-who-must-be-obeyed. I'll get to that as soon as all the other projects get done.

Tom,
What a great picture!
If you haven't already done so, would you please add this to The Order of the Dandelion Gallery.
Cheers

Great pic, but I was expecting to see Opus the penguin taking a nap amid the dandelion field...

What mother has not received a fistful of dandelions on or around Mother's Day carefully picked for her with much love and innocence? Besides, dandelions make a nice wine.
