First Warm Night Equals Lightweight
At 10:30 pm the temperature is 69F.
I’m sitting at my open garage door in my AmeriKilt, lightweight safari shirt, and sandals. No hose needed tonight.
I sorted and repacked some camping gear. My camping season begins in mid-May with a kilt-friendly Folk Music Festival.
I am doing a little web surfing, and am about to play my guitar for a while.
Oh yeah -- and I'm enjoying some whisky.
Who says you have to be out and about to have a good time on a Saturday Night?
Life is good!

Sounds like a beautiful night! Weather's about the same here in CT... got home just before 10pm and didn't want to come back in the house. It's beautiful out and the skies are clear.

I too sat out last evening to well past 11pm listening to "Blue Collar" radio,
and here in Florida it was absolute beautiful. Thank God for the SCREEN, the
tiny blood suckers were out in force.

Wasn't that warm this evening, but it was nice enough to spend some time reinstalling some emblems that I'd removed from my car earlier, and adding some missing trim pieces. Was too lazy to get out of the kilt, so I did it while kilted. Normally not something I do in a tank, but, just worked carefully and avoided getting stuff on it. So, wore a red t-shirt, my Lennox District 13 ouncer, navy blue piper's kilt hose with green flashes (yeah, I know, didn't really match the kilt, except for the flashes), and a pair of running shoes. Same outfit I wore for running errands today.

Same time and situation a few nights later; temperature 74F.
[I’m retired so I can get away with another late night of relaxation/recreation on a Monday night.]
Even SWK wool and Celtic Croft Economy half-wool are too warm.
AK’s, SK Hiking or poly-cotton specialty fabrics, and USAK Casual’s are all good.
I posted this in Contemporary because at least in my (USA Mid-Atlantic States) area, and even late at night, I’ll be comfortable in lightweight materials only for most of the next half-year.
Hope I haven't jinxed it and prompted an extended cool spell.

We had to have these spring storms to get the temp back down there.
It's late May and we have been having high 80*s and mid 90* weather sense very early April. I would gladly send it your way if you would like!
