I have been wrestiling with the kilted gigs idea. Maybe not with my band but rather when I do my solo stuff. Come next March/April I will be part of a Celtic folk/rock trio and we are going to do it kilted. But as my regular gigs go... I am thisclose to doing it that way.

I will admit, that tartan is kind of growing on me after reading this thread a couple of times. It is good to see another musician out there playing in a kilt. I feel a bit weird sometimes because I am the only one in the band with a kilt on, but I am slowly getting over it.

Very nice kilt and I hope to see some action shots of it soon.

I really like that tartan too. When I wear mine it seems to attract more than its fair share of positive comments compared to my other kilts.

I just posted in another thread that my kilt list stands at 4. However, I'm a sucker for nearly anything blue and I see two splendid examples here.
