Seems scotweb is being perhaps a little naughty by offering it as they don't have the permission. I did some digging and the piping band hold the copyright from the manufacturer. Still the band should be fine with me using the tartan.

Maybe the kilt will be getting the airing for the full ceremony yet, I'm growing fonder of the idea, especially since I've ruined my own surprise by letting on about the kilt to people at our engagement do!!
