Exactly, Carolina Kiltman, you can hang the hanger with the waistcoat on the jacket's hanger, and it doesn't take up any more space.

But now I'm wondering if the two waistcoats I now have could be used with the other jacket... One is dark, dark, brown, almost black like coffee, and the other is the medium brown corduroy that has been seen on the forum. Actually, the dark brown jacket has been shown too; it just hadn't been chopped yet.

Anyway, they are two different textures and fabrics... Might be a neat experiment.
