Maple Leaf 16oz d/w tartan $30cdn again
Not sure when this was last listed but I know there have been a couple runs lately on the remnant section at Fraser & Kirkbright on their 16oz double width Maple Leaf tartan, and it is again available at $30 CDN per D/W meter (about $25US) at their site:
http://www.wooltartan.com/tartans5.htm
22 meters listed as available when I posted this. I know it is a favorite tartan of a lot of folks, and mine is already in Barb T's queue to be built up by the master, thanks to Thistledown.
Remember, though, that it is an asymmetric tartan so you need to buy the true linear length you want for your kilt, then split the piece lengthwise and sell the other half to somebody else, becasue you will not be able to mate the two halves of a 4 yd section to get an 8yd kilt, as the asymmetric tartan will not line up properly when you go to piece it together.
Enjoy.

It was listed about a month ago. I did buy some of the Maple leaf the last time it came up for sale -a lovely tartan. I can't wait to have a kilt made for me and my father-in-law!
On a side note -I did run over to pick up some of the 14oz wool Black Watch. It is a nice weight for spring, summer and fall.

Very nice but I am trying to hold out for the next X marks run. Saving my pennies but not having much luck so far.

Sounds good, however I already have a Maple Leaf. It is a great tartan however.
