    I agree about the hare, evil it is.

    But the deer one has white spot. Now, I am not a hunter, but I thought those spots implied that it was from a fawn. If it didn't have the dapple I don't think I would have thought anything of it, it looks decent.

    If you're talking the American Whitetail Deer then you are correct. There are several species of deer in other countries that the adults have spots. I kind of liked the deer sporran.

    That appears to be the hide from a European Fallow Deer. A nice looking animal, and since she is located overseas, it would make sense for her to have access to a Fallow hide.
