Thank you all for your kind words about my work. I do not see any reason why I cannot make those 2 designs for you. However, I will not be able to focus on the task until the first week or two of July. I will keep you posted on my progress. Meanwile, it is in the 'incubator.'
I can put any size bar (well, up to 3.5 inches) on a buckle, as Matt described. Please specify this when you make your request for me to build your buckle.

As a matter of fact, there might be somebody who would want a bar wider than 3.5 inches on a buckle. I know, that would be a rare request. 4-inch-wide belts are probably uncommon. However, I can saw any size circle- say, 4 or 5 inches, and a bar wider than 3.5 inches can be soldered to it to accomodate a wider belt. So, 3.5 inches really is not a limitation.
