Grant - that's only two words, but a wonderful sentiment.

Great site, well done to everyone. Like all the photos.
A bit nervous to post a thread, you might have seen it a 100 times before.

Could someone figure out a way to send a wee dram of a tasty beverage through a fiberoptic cable? If you could, we'd all feel a little more mellow and loquacious when we log in.

We need a grouchy curmudgeon smily.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

We also need a "Mother shaking her rolling pin" smiley for those who forget how to be nice.
Ban Grant now! (three words )

I would like to see all threads pertaining to events (Highland Games, Kilt Nights, concerts, etc.) be required to include a standard locator (state, province or whatever: i.e., NC, ONT, etc.) in the thread TITLE to simplify searches. This would require no special software, and standardizing via postal standards (i.e., NC would be the standard rather than N. Carolina, North Carolina, or Tar-Heel State) would make searching for events in a specific area relatively easy.
While I enjoy reading about and perusing pictures of distant events (and will continue to do so), sometimes I just want to quickly see if there's anything happening locally this weekend.

Just want to point out that the search feature won't accept a two letter search, such as for NC.
Best regards,
Jake
