Riverkilt Incognito? Pith Helmet, What?! Prescott Games Recap

Terry and I drove up to "Preskitt" today, to see what we could find. Along the way, I took some photos.

The games were opened by the Glendale Police Pipes and Drum and precided over by Chief McBain of McBain. The Venue was at Watson Lake Park, a stunningly picturesque park just outside Prescott

Here's yours truly, outstanding in the field (of rocks)

    more to come-

Ah, good old Watson Lake/Granite Dells. For those who might remember, Billy Jack drove Bernard Posner's corvette off into Watson Lake in the movie.

I interviewed some of the dancers, but they wouldn't give me any autographs

Phoenix Pipe Band was there, but we couldn't find Thunderbolt.

Here's what pipers do in between gigs

Some fellow Xmarkers were there (my apologies if i didn't get everyone)-
Steve (Catdad) and his wife Kathy, both wear their new Sportkilts.

Retro Red and his wife, Diane (not pictured- sorry, Diane, my bad)-

I noticed a tent peg in the ground with paper attached that said Clan Campbell, I mentioned aloud that the Campbell were not here, a piper nearby said softly "The Campbells are coming, The Campbells are coming.

    Here's some random kilt pics-

    Todd,

Thanks for the pictures! Wish I were there, but we're having a great time in Wisconsin - kilted.

The first picture of the Glendale Police Pipe Band shows my piping instructor, Sandy, on the far left.

Wonder about Thunderbolt? Did you see Ayin?

That can't be RiverKilt. :-p Great Pictures!!! I especially like the pipe band pics... I can play for Phoenix pipe band without investing in another Tank (since they wear MacGregor). That's one of the biggest pains in the patoot every time I move I have to buy a new kilt to match the local pipe band.
