Robert, welcome the forum from Saginaw. You might try Canterbury Village down around Pontiac near Great Lakes Crossings mall. I forget the names of the shops right now, but there are two kilt makers in separate shops there.

Highland Fling in Canterbury Village can get ya set up. Angus Harvey does awesome work! A Stitch in Time in Canterbury Village does great machine sewn kilt and works wonders on alterations!
