Very enjoyable, Alex. Somehow the border delineations interest me more than the same thing would w/o it being a border. Maybe it's the idea that there's no difference one side or the other except that which man has assigned to it.

May I ask what the ceremony about the "colors" was about?
The colours - Legion Colours = the flag of the local brnach of the British Legion.
Queen's Colours = The Union Jack
Both become faded and tattered through time and use and the ceremony was to retire or lay up the old colours into the care of the Church and to have the new colours dedicated by the Minister.
Regional Director for Scotland for Clan Cunningham International, and a Scottish Armiger.
