It will come as a shock to Pernod Ricard that Diageo own Jameson's etc.

The only Irish Whiskey that Diageo own is Bushmills,

Quite correct, my mistake, I had thought that Pernod Ricard sold all of Irish Distillers to Diageo in 2005, when they had only sold Bushmills.
