Looking for a good womens skirt with fly plaid in Black Watch
This weekend me and my girlfriend expressed some interest in getting a dress or skirt and fly plaid in Black Watch to match me and my black watch kilt. Anybody know a good place to get such a thing? Prefer to find something under $100.

We have bought three tartan woman's skirts of eBay. Search tartan skirts.

Why would she need a fly plaid?

Being a lassie wouldn't she use the long scarf or what they are now calling the Mini-Fly Plaid?

I think I used the wrong term but some hunting around I found this.
I am looking for something like this. I like sport kilts but I am curious what else is out there and if anyone has any experience with it.

Go through the sponsors' links on Xmarks: Scotweb, USA Kilts, Scottish Tartans Museum shop, Celtic Croft and others. There are skirts of all lengths, generally made to measure. My wife has a very nice full-length skirt from USAK (in poly-viscose).
As JolyStNicholas suspected, you're looking at a sash. It's about 11 by 90 inches, where the fly plaid is usually 4+ feet square.

That is a grand looking outfit for the lassie. And I believe that is a long scarf,
not a fly Plaid.
Check with some of our sponsors on the board, they may be able to steer you in the right direction.
