This goes for me to, wanting a kilt in a Norwegian tartan. We have several Norwegian tartans but no fabric in stock. An alternative is to look for another tartan that have colors matching the swedish colors.

Some mills specialize in custom weaves that will do short runs and will work with your kiltmaker. I have a special weave tartan and it was reasonably priced.
My kiltmaker, Kathy Lare http://www.kathyskilts.com, worked with D. C. Dalgleish to obtain the fabric.
Other kiltmakers that may be of help are Barb T., and Matt Newsome, who are both on this board.

Anderson/Andersen tartan has a lot of blue and yellow in it. Surely you are related to somebody named Anders or Anderson? There were lots of Vikings in Scotland. USA Kilts, run by our friend Rocky, sells some inexpensive but high quality casual kilts in this tartan.
