I've found that wool kilts and hose work just fine in the humidity, so I just wear whatever.

I find my UnionKilt is pretty good in warm weather. I think it's basically heavyweight cotton. My PV Neokilt is also good in warm weather, as is my SportKilt, which is very lightweight - perfect for DC in July!

Thus far I’ve only been out in public once, on two moderate nights in a campground at a Folk Music Festival.
I wore USAK Casuals, Ramsay and Isle of Skye.

When it's warm at home, AmeriKilts are my go to.

In high summer I wear a SportKilt (ultra lightweight) Hiking Kilt.

In my local, even the SWK “heavyweight” and the Celtic Croft Economy kilts are too heavy on warm summer nights, unless the weather is middle-humid or less, and damp.

There’s a decades-old quote from a book about humidity and acoustic guitars: “The steam pits of southeastern Pennsylvania”.
I know. My apologies (and sympathy) to those who live south of the Mason-Dixon line.
