finally i have solve the problem with my military kilt..maybe some body could think i am a mad crazy man but i just plunge the front part of the kilt(the not pleat zone)in hot water for a while very carefully and after that i put the kilt straight on a towel to dry it properly.,,the result was great and i dont need to iron it..some folks think that is a big risk but i have not cut at all any piece of tartan wich is good enught...now look fantastic---------
