proposed bill gives Ohio an official tartan

I've seen the tartan before. In fact, being from Ohio, I was considering wearing an Ohio kilt in my upcoming wedding. Both my fiancee and my (female) best man agreed that it had very nice colors. They don't have any connection to kilts or tartans, so they're opinion is an outsider one. In fact my soon-to-be wife thinks red is an ugly color for a kilt. I'm working on changing her mind about it.

I ended up not getting getting because of the cost, but I may yet in the future.
