    I had a similar experience...I had all 4 removed at once (I started cutting them on my birthday that year). I don't recall any blood spatters, but I did attempt involuntary heaving after coming to even though there was nothing there to hurl. I was walked directly from the chair to the car outside and driven home...then walked from the car inside to the bedroom where I had a nice nap. The directions were to keep me awake, but there's no way that was going to happen.

    Had the usual swelling and all that, but really no major pain. The dentist did a great job.

    So be comfortable but dress for the endgame.
