Ya had me doin' a double-take on the Firth of Forth cantilever bridge there with the suspension towers, but then I realized yer on the westside lookin' east with the A90 bridge in the foreground. At that angle it blended so well with the railway bridge they looked like one.

Not sure if i've said this but from Edinburgh.
Excellent photos, Blackness castle is much under-rated and as it is still intact is quite interesting to see. Whereabouts was that wee kirk? It looks an interesting one. I particularly liked the gravestones. A friend once told me they had a skull and crossbones because pirates were buried there! I had to explain what they really meant.
Thanks Phill the Kirk is behind Hopetown house the estates side sign posted cant remember the name! on the A904/5 the road going from South queensferry to Bo'ness if that helps small sign thou just before the motorway/uphall turn
