Here's a thread that has links to a number of traditional shirts suitable for wearing with kilts.

Whoo-hoo! Finally, a thread I started has been recommended to someone else! Now I feel like a part of th community instead of some nosey big-head (even if that's not true). Cheers, and thanks for the referral.

I've been here for a while, and have generally worn either t-shirts or other regular shirts with my kilt because too many of the "kilt" shirts look like costumes to me. I was happy to see alternatives that were kilt appropriate without looking like a re-enactment of Braveheart (apologies to Braveheart fans)

What are those safari type shirts with the epaulets on the shoulders, aren't they pilots shirts or something?
