I am using the pressure cooker. It turned out pretty good. I have had ground buffalo before, makes a great meatloaf. Trying to eat a diet with more grass fed meat, both red and white. My wife and I were vegetarians for many years, and vegan for several, but due to my wife's diabetes, have added meat back into our diet. I have lost about 33 pounds, mostly by cutting down on the carbs. She has her blood sugar levels down into a very normal range.
I'm impressed that you've lost weight giving up your vegetarian ways. My sister had to reconvert before she wasted away. I'm glad the diet helps with your wife's illness, my nephew is diabetic, it's tough on a ten year old.
