I'm on an Atkins' diet list, and several people report that they are diabetics who no longer need to worry about symptoms nor take medication.

The medical world doesn't admit that diabetes can be cured, but it does appear that a significant alteration in the progress of the disease is possible.

Atkins, by the way doesn't consist of perpetual slabs of fried meat and eggs, not when done by the book. There has to be a lot of fresh vegetation, and I do mean a lot, and I do mean fresh.

Losing 12 inches off my waist is what brought me to making and wearing kilts. as I simply could not keep up with the replacement of clothing with more permanent shaping and sizing built in.

I have a friend of mine that reversed her diabetes by becoming a vegetarian after much research. I like meat though! So I thought your atkins diet was the opposite, but your statement about alot of fresh vegies confirmed my suspicion! Keep it up!
