I have to agree... Basically unprocessed food is the key.
I had a gastric bypass so my diet has been forced.. Forgo the white foods... Sugar, rice, potatos, flour, ect. And eat more of a natural diet.. And it truely works .. My diabetes is under control by diet, my cholesteral is where it should be, as well as my blood pressure. I have become lactose intolerant, and unable to eat fried or sweet foods. I guess you do not miss it if you can replace it...
