There is still an extant law that allow an inhabitant of York to kill a Scotman if he is carrying a bow and arrow, Trefor often cites this but I doubt very much if any one would need to worry anymore because of the "doctrine of implied repeal".It does mention Scotman though, not a kilted man so on two counts you are safe!!
