It'll just encourage me to wear them to every event - even non-Scottish and non-formal occasions. I have The Gathering, Piping Championships, a wedding and my graduation this year. I could also wear my kilt for Christmas & New Year. There will probably be events and parties between these things too and I might be going to a few Scotland football matches
They'll both get well-worn
