Come by the MacKinnon tent, or you might catch me over at the CCK tent.

I'm going on Saturday, I'll be doing my first piping competition! I'm leaving at about 6:30 a.m., from right near Christie pits in case anyone needs a ride.

Catherine and I will be there all weekend, come by the MacKinnon tent, or you might find us at the Candian Casual Kilt booth. Good luck with the competition. We are trying to plan another kilt night in downtown Toronto for when Sir William will be visiting here is the thread:

Not only that, but the word "Tattoo" itself, which comes from the Dutch tap toe, which means to shut the taps off -- doe den tap toe. Drummers from British Regiments stationed in the Low Countries would march through villages each evening to give the command to return to barracks from the taverns.

This would happen around 9:30 each evening. (I have no first hand experience this as I avoided the draft in Holland) However I doubt that will happen at Fergus as we will just start getting into the bevies then...
