Perhaps disparaged by single-malt purists, but this is one tasty whisky (and my current favorite):

I've tried it, and it's not too bad. Not likely to displace Balvenie single cask on my list of favorites, but certainly a good whisky. Bringing some up to Oswego with you?I checked out the link for Pig's Nose as well. I've seen it on the shelf, but hadn't heard much about it. Think I'll have to pick up a bottle and give it a try.

Sheep's Dip, haven't had the pleasure but I've heard of it. I started drinking years ago after meeting a Professor from the University of Edinborgh and he started me on Famous Grouse--a wonderful blend and cheap. I have since then graduated to many fine single malts. I keep quite an array in my "medicine cabinet." Every year I have a Scotch Tasting party and about half attend kilted. A great time to experience scotchs from all over the different regions.

When we used to have a flock of sheep, we, well, er, um, used to buy a lot of "sheep dip" on the farm account. Accountants here, may understand what I am getting at!
