    I actually think this would look better without all the random, raw edge leather flaps on every side. It makes the thing look unfinished; rather like a talking pile of leather scrap than a sporran.

    But the detail and craftsmanship on the face look excellent. As others have said, a little weird, but I have to admit, pretty durn cool....:-)

    I think they had some brown ones that didn't have the "fringe" but each face is different and i wanted black - the bad news is they don't hold as much as most sporrans cuz they tend to be sort of flat - so wallet and flask side by side - maybe keys in the bottom and not much else

    80 dollars of pure unadulterated eccentric joy. (a fool and his money) it came with a strap also that with a mod or two can be a waste strap.

    The only thing I can think of that would make it truly tacky beyond words is if the eyes had leds that lit up - but they use taxidermist eyes so i cant mod them
