MLB Kilt
If you saw the Cubs v. Reds game today, then you saw a few shots of a fan in a Royal Stewart SWK and Cubs t-shirt. It was me. A friend of mine had an extra ticket, and I was surprised to find out that the seat was about 4 rows behind home plate. Had I known I would have worn a t-shirt with my businesses website on it. People told me they kept coming back to me and the kilt, doing slow pans up and down. At one point they just did a closeup of the sporran.
During the game I got a bit of mustard on my hand from a hot dog I ate. I naturally decided not to let the mustard go to waste. Apparently that was the time they first decided to go to a shot of me. I am amazingly proud that the first instance of me in a kilt on television is a shot of me chewing on my own hand. Fans even posted about it during the game (about 1/2 way down by user hawkeyefootball): http://www.prosportsdaily.com/forums...388920&page=17
People came up to me after the game and let me know they had seen me. Apparently I was on the Jumbo-tron as well. Ah, my 15 minutes...
I don't have the footage, or the express written consent of MLB, but here is a link to ESPN where you can see me. In the first shot of the game I am just to the right of the score box (in a white t-shirt) looking down. http://espn.go.com/mlb/recap?gameId=290724116 You can't really see the kilt, but you can make out the kilt hose. After that I am obscured by some guy in a blue t-shirt and cap.

Great story, congrats.
Kilts are a great choice to wear to the ball game - especially if you're eating peanuts...if any fall when shelled they get caught by the kilt so you can retrieve them.
Of course the reason ball players are always "adjusting" themselves is because they're not wearing kilts....they need FREEDOM....
Okay...wouldn't be fun to slide in a kilt...at least let the umpires wear kilts...

Kilted on a nice day at Wrigley, not a bad Saturday. I wonder if Harry ever wore a kilt? I once ate ribs with Harry at a game, I saw him eat his knuckles getting the sauce off the fingers.
