Now l know we across the pond have had a rotten summer so far, but give this a try, great for summer BBQ's

Mix 1 part pimm's no1 with 3 parts pomegranate juice add a slice of orange & garnish with a sprig of mint & plenty of lce. Very refreshing.

Big Mikey just introduced me to the Pimm's Cup last week so getting a bottle of Pimm's is now required.

I usually mix it with ginger ale, wich is also lovely. Add some fresh cucumber slices for a different twist!
