We have a shop in downtown that sells old gas station pumps and signs. It's called Past Gas.

All that's missing are the gents in their white shirts and leather bow ties! Thanks for the snaps!

Love it, those were THE DAYS when the attendant would pump the gas, check the oil and clean the windshield. You weren't allowed to pump your own.
When in high school, I remember needed gas to make sure I had enough to get home from a dance one Saturday night. All I had was a dime, it got me nearly a half gallon.

New Jersey state law prohibits the public from pumping their own gas. What a shock to get out of the truck and have someone standing there to pump my gas. NJ does have it's redeeming features.

I do miss that about NJ. When I moved to Ohio at age 25, I was still a self-pump virgin. I was very nervous the first time.
In the decade that I lived in the country out here, I managed to find an old-fashioned service station on my way to work, where they insisted on pumping the gas, checking the oil, and cleaning the windshield. Tipping the attendant for actual service was a true pleasure.

Great looking station. I remember when Chevron's Custom Supreme was the most expensive gas in the Northern California area ($0.32 per gallon.)
