Ol' SFer's Sgian Dubh
Another inspiration has accured....I used to carry a small 7" dagger attached to my web gear back in the day...all this talk of making your own sgian dubhs got me to thinking about the handful or two of old knives I have. Sooo, I pulled out some parachute cord, rewraped the handle (just like the old days..as a way to store cord) added a cruxific...and once again she's back in service!
Once I figure how to post photo...will do.

To post a photo on the forum, go to photobucket and sign up for an account, it's free, follow their directions to upload the photos from your computer. Then to get them to show over here you want to paste the IMG code into a message on this forum. The IMG code scan be found under the photo in photobucket as in the screenshot below

All you then need to do is copy and paste the IMG code over here. If you have any other questions let me know.

Looks great. I have one too, my rascal is built to go the distance at almost 9 inches: 4.12 inch handle, 4.75 inch blade. Explorer, Survival. Way too heavy to keep on my calf, but better to be worn in a small-of-the-back carry.

You are a Green Beret? with an MOS of 12BS, not an 18 B,C,D,E or F?
Are you tabbed or Flash Qualified - just a candy striper?
