    I agree. If the grey and white are reduced to the same size as the yellow, then I think it would be ideal. Oh, and I vote for silk as well.

    As Todd said, club neckties are stripes not tartan. On another thread the topic of tartan ties with the kilt came up. Although Americans might like it, it is really not traditional, and even though the colours match, it does not really look all that great. The tartan flashes and a tartan tie can take away from the appearance of the kilt, rather than add to it. I get far more compliments with a striped or solid colour necktie and bright garter ties, than I ever did with the matching flashes thing. My most humble gratitude to Jock Scot for re-enlightening me on this.

    BTW woven silk a la Glenn for me.

    I definately like this rendering. The same as the site wall paper. The tartan on the bias reveals the Saltar. In silk please I would purchase two.
