It's short notice I know but for anyone interested there will be a wee bit of a kilt night tomorrow night at the Brewsters Pub on 87 Ave N.W here in Edmonton.

Thread moved. I'll not be making it either, even though I could drive it'd take a few days.

Hear Hear - Totally agree. As the majority of us will not be able to attend then there must be a disproportionate number of photographs. Not ones or twos or even dozens, but hundreds.

Here's a few quick pics from the first Edmonton kilt night. Kilts in attendance, 3 but I know that more will come in the futuru. I must admit to less than hundreds of photo's as we were to busy having a great time to take pictures!

Next time ...
I saw this too late, but 1) I was occupied that particular evening, and 2) I don't yet have a kilt. Lochcarron apparently won't have the requisite tartan in stock until late October. But if you do this closer to Yuletide, I'm there. I'd recommend O'Byrnes on Whyte, simply because folks there would really enjoy seeing a parade of kilts (and it's within walking distance of my place).

Thanks for the pub info, I'm kilted all of the time so I generally make anywhere I go into a kilt friendly place.
Feel free to drop me a line sometime if you feel like getting together and tipping a few. I have a few kilted buds here in town, plus a few non kilted Scotsmen that I'm working hard on getting into their proper form of attire. LOL.
