I'm Scott Israel and live in Scottsdale, AZ. I'm not an everyday kilt wearer, but am always in search of a kilt wearing opportunity. Other then the local and statewide highland games I've not attended any of the local events. I've got a 3 1/2 old daughter who I choose to devote time to.
