I agree and offer these possible reasons:
  • Camera angle.
  • Rides down with wear.
  • Mis-fit – Off the rack “standard” kilt length or err-on-the-side-of-long measurement.
  • Reluctance to wear the waist high enough.
  • Phobia about the kilt being too short.
